Nuts-n-Bolts
1. Friday is a big day! We have two play performances and AP interviews. We got this! There are some hiccups with classes, lunches and play performances. PLEASE double check the schedule and reach out to Scott ASAP to problem solve. I think a couple of you have already done this. AP interviews will be happening in the library, office conference room and touring the building. Interviews will be happening 9:00-12:00. We had 10 applicants and will be interviewing 3. We are pretty excited!
2. End-of-year evals have gone well. It is so nice to talk with each of you one-on-one. Tuesday is the roving sub for evals. Double check your schedule for your scheduled time.
3. STAMP testing next! Please read through Yaz and Gonzalo's email. This is a great opportunity for students in dual to earn up to 4 high school credits and a Seal of Biliteracy.
4. Robert Foster, Director of Facilities stopped by to check out the building-mainly the AC or lack there of. They are working on it. It is an older model and we have gotten our monies worth. Just know the team is working on that.
5. I will be out Wed-Friday next week. Such an 'old people thing' Bunion fusion on my left foot. Granny will be back on crutches. 😆 Wish me luck, Bob will be my nurse!

Thursday, May 18th Where were you when Mt. St. Helens blew? I was in 6th grade at Betz Elementary working in the library with Mrs. Hornfelt. She came rushing into the library, "You need to get home now!" Walking home it was very, very dark and pretty ominous. Don't know if we still have our mason jar of ash. :D
TONIGHT the Garrison Drama Production @ 7:00PM. Good Luck, Beth and crew!
Friday, May 19th Two drama productions so please review your schedule. It's going to be wonky but it will all work out. AP interviews 9:00-12:00.
Monday, May 22nd STAMP Testing begins, SBA make ups continue, Scott is out of the building, Kim will be at MS Principals meeting 7:30-9:00 and 1:15-3:30, Today or tomorrow coaches from WA HI are going to visit our 8th grade students. 3:10-3:30. Chad is working with Chris Ferenz. Not sure it it is MONDAY or TOMORROW, TUESDAY. Chad will send details.

Wednesday, May 24th NJHS Induction Ceremony at 7:00PM. We are inducting 43 students!
